All documents are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Your data is secured at every stage from upload to submission.
Client documents are stored on Tresorit, which holds ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 compliance. Tresorit's zero-knowledge architecture means files are encrypted before they leave your device. Not even Tresorit can access them.
Every access, upload, and transmission event is logged with timestamp and user identity. Full audit logs are available to clients upon request.
We collect only what is strictly required for your selected exchanges. Documents are transmitted only to venues you have explicitly authorised in writing.
We operate a clear data retention and deletion policy. Documents are deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Full policy available on request.
Each client's documents are held in an isolated folder with unique permissions. No individual has blanket access across all client files.
Onbridge's document storage infrastructure is built on Tresorit, an ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 compliant platform with end-to-end zero-knowledge encryption. We are transparent that it is our infrastructure provider, not Onbridge as an organisation, that holds this certification. We are happy to provide Tresorit's full certification documentation to your compliance team on request.

No. Onbridge is completely free for institutional clients. Our commercial arrangements are directly with exchanges through their broker programs. We receive a fee share from the exchange on trading activity generated by clients we introduce. You pay nothing and your trading costs are entirely unaffected.
No. Onbridge is a document management and submission service. We do not hold, custody, or transact any virtual assets. Your trading relationships are directly with each exchange.
No. You select the exchanges you want to onboard to. We have no preference and no financial interest in which venues you choose. Our role is purely to facilitate the process.
Only our onboarding team members assigned to your case have access to your documents. We transmit your documents exclusively to the exchanges you have explicitly authorised.
Our typical turnaround for document preparation and submission is 24–72 hours. Exchange review timelines vary by venue, typically 5–15 business days. We track and chase on your behalf throughout.
